Cwm's bogey side strike again at the Seasisde
Final score Kidwelli 13 cwmllynfell 13
The Kidwelly bogey lingers for Cwm despite gaining a hard earned 2 point draw at Parc Stephens. Whilst for the majority of the game on a wet and windy day the away side dominated they could not finish off a resilient Kidwelly side.
The visitors had started impressively with a well worked blind side move which saw the returning Brody Davies scoot over for a converted try on 10 minutes. Craig Jones added to the conversion with another 2 penalties to give the Blue and Blacks a deserved and comfortable 13-0 interval lead.
The second period however despite Cwm again dominating territorially saw the home side come back in to the contest with two penalties and a converted try with 10 minutes to give an unsatisfactory outcome as one which really did get away.
As well as dropping two valuable points Cwm aslo suffered a number of injuries with R Deakin, O Williams C Akland and C Jones all limping off before the end
The one good note however was the draw
strengthened Cwms position in the Tovali /WW Cup rankings and the Blues are now close to qualifying for the semis for the second year on the trot
