Cwm started brightly and had the avantage over a big Whitland outfit with a try from Jim Morgan converted by Thomas and two penalties from P Thomas giving the edge against the vistitors at half time.
At half time Cwm were forced however to replace key players Paul Davies and Paul Rummings as both were suffering from the after effects of flu. Despite this Cwm added to the lead with a further Thomas penalty 10minutes into the second half .
After that Whltland took control and ran away with the game scoring five tries in all as Cwm's reorganized defence crumbled with ex narberth outhalf Aled Davies helping himself to two tries, two coversions and a drop goal. Leaving Cwm with a played two lost two home record.
